How to install TickerBar on a Mac

1. Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
2. Search for TickerBar and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 1.5.2 from TerrifiedBug's own GitHub release.
3. Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.

Updates to TickerBar show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.

Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: tickerbar.zip (1.6 MB).

What is new in TickerBar 1.5.2

### Fixed
- Menu bar text is legible on a dark menu bar while macOS is in Light mode (#24). The menu bar's appearance follows the wallpaper rather than the system setting, but the text color was resolved against the app's (system) appearance, so a Light-mode Mac with a dark wallpaper drew black text on a dark bar. Colors now follow the menu bar itself, and still turn dark on a light menu bar.
