What is new in CaffeinateCat 1.1.0
## What's new CaffeinateCat's menu bar interface has been rebuilt. The old menu with its two rows and nested duration submenus is gone. Clicking the coffee cup now drops down a proper panel. ### A real panel instead of a menu - **A switch for each mode**, with a one-line description of what it does. Flipping one on turns the other off, same as before. - **Durations are right there** — Indefinite, 15m, 30m, 1h, or Custom — instead of hidden behind a submenu arrow. - **Custom durations** now use hours and minutes fields with stepper arrows. Typing or clicking an arrow updates the running timer straight away. The old "how many minutes?" dialog is gone. - **A live countdown** in the panel *and* next to the menu bar icon, so you can see how long is left without opening anything. ### Renamed modes | Before | Now | | --- | --- | | Caffeinate | **Keep Screen Awake** | | Keep Awake When Lid Closed | **Keep Awake on Lid Close** | ### Timer changes - The **2h** preset was dropped. Set 2h 0m under **Custom** to get it back — and that's now the default the custom fields start at. - Emptying a custom timer to `0h 0m` switches the mode off and restores the 2h default. ### Unchanged …
