How to install ReqRes on a Mac

  1. Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
  2. Search for ReqRes and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 1.0.4 from teologov's own GitHub release.
  3. Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.

Updates to ReqRes show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.

Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: ReqRes-1.0.4.dmg (30 MB).

What is new in ReqRes 1.0.4

What an update! We made numerous improvements across the app. We continue to polish it, and prepare the new features. It's worth mentioning the next:

* Multiple UX, networking enhancements, and stability improvements across the app.
* The `ReqRes.app` bundle size was reduced from `133.3MB` to `74.6MB`.
