What is new in ContainerUtility 1.1.0

## [1.1.0]

### Added

- Add an Apple Pkl compatibility policy prototype for the Apple `container` CLI supported-version policy, with typed Pkl schema/value modules, generated Swift bindings, and app dependency wiring through `ContainerCompatibilityPolicyProvider`.

### Changed

- Accept Apple `container` CLI 1.x in the compatibility policy, including 1.0.0.
- Make Apple `container` CLI 1.0.0 the minimum supported baseline for this release line.
- Keep compatibility policy evaluation static in Swift so startup health checks do not depend on launching the `pkl` CLI or on Xcode run-script code generation.
- Show the public app version in Settings without the internal build counter.
- Promote `container machine` workflows from System into a first-class Machines sidebar view.
- Redesign System around compact runtime, preflight, defaults, storage, kernel, and install-source panels.
- Replace the old System Data sheet with Runtime Details tabs for Storage, Defaults, Kernel, and Raw output.
- Add persistent Sparkle update-state indicators in the main toolbar, menu-bar dashboard, and Settings > About.
- Preserve Dock restoration when the full GUI opens from menu-bar mode and Dock hiding when returning to menu-bar-only mode.
- Align 1.0.0 JSON parsing for network list/inspect output and DNS delete command handling.
