How to install Whisk on a Mac
- Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
- Search for Whisk and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 1.0.2 from nathan-poncet's own GitHub release.
- Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.
Updates to Whisk show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.
Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: Whisk.dmg (3.3 MB).
What is new in Whisk 1.0.2
### Changed - The welcome window no longer brings up Accessibility. The system asks for that permission the first time a card is pasted, and until it is granted the card still lands on the clipboard for a manual `⌘V`.
