### English

This release introduces a maintainable localization catalog and tools for adding languages. Polish, English and Simplified Chinese remain available with their existing translations.

#### New and improved

- **CSV translation catalog:** all 1,317 UI messages and both privacy descriptions now live in a catalog with stable IDs and language columns. Historical Polish source keys remain compatible.
- **Language contributor tools:** LocalizationTool creates draft language columns, reports missing translations, validates text, and enables a language only when its catalog is complete. Drafts stay hidden from Settings and system-language selection.
- **Dynamic language registry:** Settings, locale matching, heading fonts, quantity rules and CSV export conventions use language metadata. Existing preference IDs are preserved, and disabled drafts do not shift the selected language.
- **Automatic packaging:** enabled languages and localized macOS privacy resources are generated from the catalog and bundled before signing.
- See the [language contributor guide](https://github.com/slawek19926/Vitals/blob/v1.2.1.152/docs/localization.md) for the workflow.
