How to install Satori on a Mac
- Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
- Search for Satori and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 1.4.1 from emcee5000's own GitHub release.
- Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.
Updates to Satori show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.
Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: Satori.zip (2.7 MB).
What is new in Satori 1.4.1
### Fixed - Projects can be completed from the keyboard in the **Projects** list: select one and press **⌘K** (or **⇧⌘K**). Pressing it again on a completed project reopens it. Previously the only way there was the right-click menu. ### Install 1. Download **Satori.zip** below, unzip it, and drag **Satori.app** to Applications. 2. Open it. The first time, macOS can't verify the developer: go to **System Settings → Privacy & Security** and click **Open Anyway**. It isn't notarized, so macOS asks once. If it still won't open: `xattr -dr com.apple.quarantine /Applications/Satori.app` Requires macOS 14 or later. Runs natively on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.
