How to install Jupyter Notebook Viewer on a Mac

- Fixes a potential [security issue](https://developer.apple.com/documentation/security/notarizing_macos_software_before_distribution/resolving_common_notarization_issues#3087731), allowing an attacker to inject code at runtime. Note that this refers to injection external to the app, not through Jupyter notebooks.
