Glance: Face Unlock for Mac
How to install Glance on a Mac
- Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
- Search for Glance and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 1.2.0 from jonnyoo's own GitHub release.
- Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.
Updates to Glance show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.
Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: Glance.dmg (14 MB).

# Glance v1.2.0 ## What’s New - Added swipe navigation between Settings pages. - Added a “Show in menu bar” option. - Added a “Never” session auto-lock option, with 30 days as the new default. - Face enrollment now gives directional feedback when a head turn goes too far. ## Improvements - Improved notch/pill sizing across different Mac notch sizes and made its disappearance cleaner. - Glance now appears above other notch-style apps. - Faster password entry, especially for long passwords. - Reduced background memory use by loading Face Lab only when opened. - Face recognition now allows up to two seconds of continuous non-matches before failing, making wake-up scans more forgiving. ## Fixes - Settings now opens when launching Glance while it is already running. - Fixed changing a saved password. - General Settings is now correctly protected while the session is locked. ### Installation 1.
