What is new in Claude God 2.25.6

### Fixed
- **Recurring "`security` wants to access key "Claude Code-credentials"" password dialogs** — the self-refresh restored in v2.25.4 wrote the rotated tokens back with `SecItemUpdate` from the app's own process. macOS re-stamps an item's partition list with the identity of whichever process last modified it, so after every autonomous refresh the item was readable only by Claude God's own cdhash — and the very next poll spawns `/usr/bin/security` to read it, which is not that identity. The dialog came back after each refresh, and with the expired-credential poller asking every 10 seconds, blocked `security` processes piled up behind it (64 observed on one machine). Widening the partition list by hand did not survive the next refresh: the reset happens even when the cdhash is already listed, and the widening quietly grants any Apple-signed binary silent access to the OAuth token. Refreshed tokens are now written with `security add-generic-password -U` — the tool Claude Code itself writes with — so the item never leaves the `apple-tool:` partition it was created in and neither our reads nor Claude Code's ever prompt. The v2.25.1 problem with that command (a duplicate, account-less item) came from hardcoding `-a ""`; the write now addresses the exact (service, account) pair the credentials were read from, and the account-less read path asks `security` which account its hit
