## What's Changed

### VoiceOver support for terminal panes
- Each terminal pane is now exposed to macOS accessibility as a text area, so VoiceOver and other screen readers can read what is on screen.
- The visible viewport is read line by line. Soft-wrapped rows keep their on-screen boundaries, and the current terminal selection is reported as the selected text.
- Wide CJK characters and emoji map to the correct character positions, so cursor and selection reporting stays aligned with the terminal grid.
- Known limitations: only the visible rows are exposed (scrollback is not), and composite emoji under grapheme clustering mode can shift selection ranges and frames slightly.
- Panes also carry a stable accessibility identifier, which makes them addressable from XCUITest.
