How to install Atlas on a Mac

  1. Get OpenDMG. It is a free app store for open source Mac apps. Download OpenDMG.
  2. Search for Atlas and press Get. OpenDMG downloads version 2.1.0 from CSZHK's own GitHub release.
  3. Open it. The download is checked against its SHA-256 fingerprint and its signature is checked on your Mac before it lands in Applications.

Updates to Atlas show up in OpenDMG and install with one button. No account is needed.

Prefer to do it by hand? The developer's file is on GitHub: Atlas-for-Mac.dmg (9.8 MB).

# Atlas for Mac 2.1.0

The「plain language」release — the UI stops speaking in documentary metaphors.
Ledger becomes History, receipts become IDs (or Results, where the stage bar
means the panel), footprint becomes storage, evidence becomes "not removed".
Every screen subtitle is rewritten for non-technical Mac users, and a machine
gate now enforces the copy rules inside acceptance. Also ships the UX-friction
remediation follow-up and the landing-site video hero.

### Added

- **Copy gate** (`scripts/atlas/copy-gate.sh`) — 8 blocking dimensions over both
 `Localizable.strings` (banned terms, subtitle width, spec-sentence idioms,
 zh/en term pairing, placeholder symmetry, key parity, Swift string literals,
 parse integrity) plus 2 report-only dimensions. Wired into
 `full-acceptance.sh` as step [4/12] so CI enforces it. A missing copy source
 exits 2 / `NOT_RUN` and is never counted as a pass. Every new rule is
 mutation-tested.
- **Bilingual copy guidelines** — `Docs/COPY_GUIDELINES.md` finally carries
 zh-side tone rules; Tone / Product Voice / Good Patterns had been
 English-only, which is the structural reason the Chinese copy drifted into
 spec-speak. Adds the single-register rule that replaces the old
 "documentary tone is confined to the Ledger surface".
- **Landing site: promo video in hero** — poster + click-to-play, with a
 dedicated video section on both language pages.
